Special Orders, Layaways & Twins Policy

We will be happy to place a “Special Order” with our vendors for items that we do not have in stock.  A 25% down payment is required when the order is placed.  We try to give arrival estimates, but due to circumstances beyond our control, we do not guarantee a specific arrival date.  Please note that Special Orders are non-cancelable and non-returnable.

We offer the option of putting your baby products on layaway for up to 90 days, without interest.  A deposit of 25% is required when you place the order.   The remaining balance must be paid in full at pick-up or prior to a scheduled delivery.  Layaways not paid off within 180 days will be cancelled and payments will be forfeited.
